The world's largest PCB & EA show, International Printed Circuit & APEX South China Fair (HKPCA & IPC Show), will be staged in Halls 1 & 2 of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, China, December 3-5, 2014 with the theme "Innovation Through Resilience." Available in East Power Technology Development Ltd. (booth #1J14) is a Bendable Aluminum Board. Its thickness is 0.25-2.1mm and its conductively PP is K=0.35W/m.k. It has excellent insulting and mechanical handling features. Most importantly, it has excellent bending properties, a maximum 60 degrees, and can be folded into a 3D LED lamp (360° light). It is commonly applied on LED lighting. Guangdong Zhengye Technology Co., Ltd. (booth #1Q02) will showcase its Auto Stiffener Adhesive Machine BQ1000. It is used to punching the roll materials to reinforcement plates and then mount the plates onto the FPCB through movement of X/Y axis and CCD camera scanning. The system can combine cutting and fitting into one part. With an easier control on the computer program, it can be worked without any manual operation, which can make the entire process more efficient. In addition, it can reduce labour costs and improve working efficiency and stock utilization.
